Why did you become a personal trainer?
I became a personal trainer because I’m very passionate about motivating and supporting others in achieving their fitness, nutriton and overall health & wellness goals.
How can everyone benefit from hiring a Personal Trainer?
There are seven reasons how and why everyone can benefit from hiring a Personal Trainer:
Motivation
Guidance
Support
Mental Toughness
Goals Driven
Fun & Energetic
Lifestyle
A lot of people claim that they “don’t have time to workout”. What is your response to that?
You will make time for what’s most important to you. Moreover, there are 168 hours in a given week (7 days). Are you willing to commit AT LEAST 3-4 hours a week, only 2% of your total week, to becoming a better, healthier you?
How would you describe your training style
My training style can be summed up with seven main focal points:
Function & Form
High Intensity
Build Lean Muscle & Strength
CORE Awareness & Development
Balance, Stability and Flexibility
Develop Mental Toughness & Discipline
Self-Accountability
There are a LOT of personal trainers. What advice would you give someone when selecting the right trainer for him/her?
Everyone is different and has individual needs. One training style may not be suited for all of those needs and there are times when a trainer’s or coach’s style is not the right fit for you. Ask yourself if the personal trainer’s training style aligns with you specific needs and the goals you’re looking to attain to ensure the right fit for you.
Anything else?
Work hard, play hard… and then work even harder. Love Yourself while you’re at it too!
