Why did you become a personal trainer?
I started training due to my background being a professional dancer. I have always taught and enjoyed working with people and how their body’s move, it was a natural step to take. I personally struggled with my body image while I was dancing. When I discovered weight training and working to make my body stronger, not skinnier, it automatically happened. I also felt great in the process! It’s something I felt I had to share with others.
What are your favorite things about being a personal trainer?
I love working with so many different people and helping them reach their goals. To help people realize that they’re so much stronger and can accomplish more than they think!
If you could train one celebrity, who would it be and why?
I’d love to train Kevin Hart. He’s a hard worker and seems to train anywhere and in many different ways. He’s also hilarious and he’d be a ton of fun!
If you had one workout style to describe yourself, what would it be?
Tough but attainable. A little bit of everything to achieve an over all better fitness level.
In your mind, what is the single biggest benefit for someone to hire a personal trainer?
To prove to themselves they CAN achieve things they didn’t think they could do.
What are your hobbies?
I love to still take a dance class when I can fit it in. I’m a fan of nature and going for walks in the neighborhood. Of course fitness and trying new classes.
Any guilty pleasures?
Coffee is my vice!
