Why did you become a personal trainer?
To help other women who may be struggling with weight and/or health issues get fit, healthy, and feeling their best.
What are your favorite things about being a personal trainer?
Helping people. I absolutely love seeing someone reach their goals and find out they are so much stronger than they thought they were.
If you could train one celebrity, who would it be and why?
In your mind, what is the single biggest benefit for someone to hire a personal trainer?
To learn the proper exercises and diet to help them reach their goals.
What are your hobbies?
Running 10k’s, movies, and spending time with family.
Any guilty pleasures?
I like to eat a bedtime snack while watching reruns of Friends on TV.
