Hello everybody! My name is Ekaterina and I’m a certified yoga instructor with a RYT-200 certification, who has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, initially using it as a form of exercise after a busy workday, but quickly recognized yoga is much more than just physical activity. After giving birth to two children, I began using yoga to aid in my back recovery. And just in 2022, I decided to obtain my teaching certification, as I fully recognized my desire to share this powerful tool with others. I’m also a transformational breath teacher, incorporating breathing techniques into yoga practice for increased benefits.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Katrina is an excellent yoga instructor! She comes in smiling…and seems happy to be with us! She understands that this class is made up of older people who may be new to yoga. She welcomes everyone. She gears the class to all abilities and gives many adjustments for each posture. She sees her students as individuals…an example is …once I stood up too quickly and felt dizzy…she noticed this and gave general suggestions for dizziness. And she watched me closely after that each time we did that pose. ..without calling attention to me. I have practiced yoga for many years and find Katrina to be one of the best!
I’ve been going to yoga for decades and Katerina is absolutely terrific as an instructor. She really understands who her students are and pays excellent attention to the level of experience of each person and tailors the program to their needs. She really is an asset to any organization.
