I have always been a physically driven person. I was a gymnast for most of my adolescent and teen years, and these days I look to activities such as hiking, rock climbing, landscaping, and yoga to fill that niche. I am proponent of activity that keeps you entertained and inspired. Gymnastics helped me to develop a fine tuned eye for proper form; practice only makes perfect if you engage in perfect practice, so I will be sure to cue and guide you appropriately to set you up for success!
Hourly rate: $80
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Release, warm up, workout, stretch.
I train according to how my client learns best (visual, auditory, hands on, etc.) and I can adapt any program a style that works best for you.

I highly recommend Sam for personal training. Not only is she a great trainer with creative and motivating workouts but she is also a really kind, personable human! Since working with her I am feeling much more confident in my strength and overall physical appearance. Every work out she pushes me but knows my mental and physical limits, she pays close attention to my form which I know I would not be able to do if I were working out alone, with a group, or with a friend.

Sam is a complete pro. She can address any body part with a strenthening exercise. And she gives spontaneous, motivating encouragement. AND she’s delightful! We laugh a lot!
I have been training weekly with Sam for over a year and couldn’t imagine training with anyone else! She specifically tailors workouts to my wants/needs and I have seen such a difference in my appearance and confidence. Not only have I lost weight, but I have toned up targeted areas that I couldn’t achieve before. Sam is extremely intelligible, hands on and is able to quickly tweek my form and coach me through my workouts. She is also able to motivate me just the right amount as each set flows into the next seamlessly.
Additionally, I truly look forward to our workouts because she is hilarious and so much fun to be around! I haven’t had one workout that hasn’t had its share of laughs and joy.

I worked with Sam from Feb’17 in order to get in shape for my Wedding in Oct’17. Through the 8 months that we worked togethor, I dropped more than 25LB !
