Let’s expand our vision and look at where you can be tomorrow, not only where you are today. Our training will be a combination of strength training with an emphasis on core stability and postural control. The best way to burn fat is to first build muscle. We want to build you up, not break you down! We can do so in a pain free controlled environment. “Stand tall, big chest” is a cue you will often hear me say. This is for a multitude of reasons – Good posture exudes confidence. You’ll begin to ask yourself, “If I was able to take my body and transform it into a leaner, stronger, and more capable version of what it was, using nothing but my willpower and drive to do so, what else could I transform?”
