I helped a woman regain the ability to walk downstairs. This was a huge accomplishment and empowered her to live life in a way that she thought she couldn’t regain.
Before I was diagnosed with cancer I was very active. Once I completed chemo, surgery and radiation, I wanted to get back to the gym, but I knew I’d need support. I work in corporate fitness and well-being, so I thought finding the right person to help me would be a challenge. Thankfully I found Brady. As a cancer survivor, he understood my health state, limitations and goals better than anyone else could. He knew I’d have high expectations for myself, but found the right balance of challenging me without pushing me past my limits. In a short time working together, I already see improvements in my balance, strength and confidence. He’s been a great partner in my recovery.
Was looking for a trainer to work off the COVID 19 (lbs) that I had gained. Started working out with Brady in the fall of 2023. Since then (~4 months) I have lost 25 lbs and labs that my primary care MD all showed significant improvement. Brady provides a fun and challenging workout, is always on time, flexible and very easy to schedule with. He’s also a very nice guy. The gym we train at is conveniently located and has a complete set of weights/machines/etc. that you would need if you wanted to get extra workouts in. I think that we’ll be meeting the first set of fitness goals that we set pretty soon, so I’m looking forward to setting new ones in a couple of months. Highly recommend.
Brady and I have been working together for a couple of months now and I can honestly say he is the best personal trainer I have had! He truly tailors each and every workout to my specific needs and does not put up with laziness and forces me to work. He not only focuses on the actual workout but also provides information around dietary habits and does check-ins to help ensure you are making progress and not just staying stagnant. He is also incredibly flexible when it comes to crazy schedules which I really appreciate. It has been a truly great experience that is definitely leading to fantastic results!
I’m in my late 30’s, so I’m getting to the stage of my life where I’m busiest with personal and professional obligations, leaving less time to work out, which doesn’t help when your metabolism is slowing down and you’re not recovering from injuries as quickly. Enter training with Brady. The sessions are more than sufficient. He monitors and advises constantly to ensure technique is perfect and won’t result in injury. Great for accountability and nutrition advice. Outside of sessions, he’s responsive, so scheduling or rescheduling the next session is a breeze. Highly recommend.
I’ve been extremely impressed with Brady and the program he has put together for me. I am rehabbing from an injury right now and Brady has carefully crafted a plan to meet my needs. He is always on time for our appointments and doesn’t hesitate to take the time to answer questions. I’d highly recommend Brady who is looking for a personal trainer.
I’m not one to leave reviews, but feel I should as Brady truly deserves 5 stars! Brady’s workouts are perfect for what I’m trying to accomplish. Brady took the time to find out what I was trying to accomplish and developed a plan for me to meet my goals. He’s very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand and complete the exercises in correct form. Each workout is different and you leave with a full body workout. I highly recommend Brady Roberts!
