Hello!
My fitness journey started with an aspiration to improve athletic performance to play football. Growing up I trained for years in a variety of athletic training regimens including, weight lifting, speed training and plyometric training. I was able to earn a full scholarship to play football at Duke University. I neglected stretching and balance training which ultimately resulted in the end of my football career. The injury gave me a brand new look on training. I began to understand how important balance and range of motion are in during change of direction or acceleration. I took up yoga in 2018 to start aid in my rehabilitation and to work on some of the slow coordination based aspects of training that I neglected previously. Yoga has made me feel physically stronger than I’ve ever felt and has been a huge part of my life ever since I started. Currently, I have aspirations to box professionally and instruct at yoga retreats.
Hourly rate: $85
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Typical session:
10min warm up
35min (strength) or (boxing/cardio)
15-25min yoga
8min (nutrition,workout planning)
