I have been doing personal and group training since 2011. I consider myself a “life trainer” meaning i understand how life effects people different and I try to train whether you are just wanting to get out of the house, your 1 hour away from the kids for “you time”, training for a fitness competition, or just want to get your butt kicked and sweat out the day!
Kettlebell classes, TRX classes, Youth groups, Athletes. 1-1m Buddy Groups, Small Groups, Large Groups. Beginners to Advanced!

Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Fun and Challenging! – You will never do the same workout twice in a short amount of time!
Fun! – Games, group goals, individual goals.
Challenging! – I bring the whole gym to the training session. Weights, cardio devices, kettlebellls, TRX bands, stability balls, Bosu Balls, Body Weight.
