I began my personal trainer journey with a background in strength training and athletic conditioning. Since 2020, my passion for coaching clients to reclaim their bodies and personal wellness has grown. I am also a triathlete and teach cycling and strength-based group fitness in small group formats. I am currently training for a 70.3 Ironman competition.
Hourly rate: $85
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
I. Accountability check-in with client. Establish goals for the next two weeks. 5 min.
II. Movement Prep 10 minutes.
III. Explain Workout of the day: HITT, circuit training, strength training, cool-down, stretch. 40 minutes.
IV. Closure: Restate client’s goals for the coming week.
A single mother of two young children sought training to lose weight, manage her sleep and stress. I could tell she worked so hard to provide for her children, but that she had forgotten how to care for herself. I crafted fun music-based strength workouts that spoke to her love of music. We established new goals at the end of each session, and had accountability checks at the beginning. I was so proud of my client’s results, but I was even more excited by her renewed confidence, energy and optimism for her health goals.
