Hello, I’m Eyoel, but you can call me Joel. Originally from Ethiopia, I’ve been passionate about health and fitness for as long as I can remember. I’m a certified personal trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise) with over five years of experience helping people of all ages achieve their fitness goals.
In addition to my personal training experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work at StretchLab, where I focused on improving clients’ flexibility and mobility through assisted stretching. This experience has given me a deeper understanding of the importance of muscle recovery, flexibility, and mobility in maintaining overall well-being.
My approach focuses on making fitness achievable and sustainable for everyone, no matter their starting point. Over the years, I’ve helped individuals reduce muscle tension, alleviate pain caused by muscle imbalances, and improve their overall range of motion. This experience has deepened my understanding of the strong connection between movement, flexibility, and overall well-being.

A typical session with me begins by assessing the client’s starting point, understanding their goals, and tailoring the workout to their needs. We then focus on strength training, using circuit training to combine strength with cardiovascular benefits. The session concludes with stretching and light mobility work to improve flexibility and recovery.
