Typical Training Session

You can expect my full and undivided attention. Once I arrive, I am there for my client and will be doing everything I can to make sure my client is getting what they signed up for and more. I aim to be a positive part of my clients day, even it is a small portion of their daily schedule.

Client success story

One of my clients suffered from chronic knee pain and plantar fasciitis from playing pickle ball. They had tried all the traditional routes of rehabilitation and had made no progress. With the current research and information on tendon pain, I was able to craft a program where their pain becomes more manageable while continuing to play the sport they love so much. Every session we were able to get their perceived tendon pain from a 7/10 pain to 1/10 pain, with a good amount of sessions resulting in a less that 1/10 pain. Having traditional methods is great base knowledge to have, but using current and updated information to build off of that and continue learning is what is important when training.
