After years of training individuals through behavioral health services, I have identified that yoga and its components of breath work and meditation are necessary for the overall well being. Yoga has been identified as an impactful way to heal and cope with an array of symptoms related to anxiety, traumas, interpersonal problems, and other issues human beings face on a daily basis. My primary focus is helping others to identify that there is an opportunity to grow into change through yoga. I enjoy serving on all levels, to all people
