With a strong background in athletics, including semi-professional football and collegiate coaching, I bring passion and expertise to fitness training. My experience spans over several years of working with athletes, youth sports, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). As the founder of Team R.O.I. and ROI Training, I focus on functional training, developing both physical fitness and athletic performance. Currently, I’m an Offensive Analyst and Kicking Coach at Morehouse College, where I specialize in coaching quarterbacks and wide receivers. My goal is to help individuals achieve their peak fitness through structured, results-driven programs.
Hourly rate: $80
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

In a typical training session, clients can expect a dynamic mix of functional exercises tailored to their fitness level. The session will focus on strength, endurance, and agility, incorporating high-intensity intervals and sport-specific drills. Each workout is structured to challenge, motivate, and progress towards personal fitness goals, with an emphasis on proper form and technique.
