I have been involved with fitness for over 20 years and have been a trainer for 12. I believe that having amazing health and wellness is for EVERYONE, regardless of age, gender or current fitness level. My goal is to meet you where you are at and get you to where you want to be. I believe in training that allows you to function in everyday life as well as look good at the beach. 🙂 Core stability and full body work is my specialty because they are the building blocks for a healthy and happy body!
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Expect to work hard, and have a lot of fun! Each session starts with a warm up to get you ready for the workout. Then next 30-40 minutes are based on your goals and are individualized for each client but can involve work with your bodyweight, free weights, functional equipment such as sandbags, ropes, TRX, etc. But each workout will ALWAYS include attention to proper form and establishing and maintaining a strong core. At the end of the workout you will go through a period of stretching and cool down and then off you go to your day!
I truly love ALL of my clients! But I am especially proud of one who came to me already having achieved amazing weight loss on her own, but wanted to learn how to add strength to her workouts. She also struggled with Neuropathy which really challenged her confidence in this area.
We started slow and she has worked HARD but now she is moving and doing things she NEVER thought she could! She has greater confidence, gained tremendous strength in her core, and improved her balance to a degree that even surprised her doctors. She has lost an additional 50 lbs and 27 inches and is still going strong.
She is proof that you are only limited by your belief….and she believed in herself enough to reach every goal she set!
