Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
I am a proud Texas Veteran and humble day to day learner not only of the fitness world, but in everyday life. Knowledge is power and we’re never really done learning.
“Knowledge is power. Actions are powerful. It does no good to empower yourself with knowledge if you’re not going to use it. Take action to improve yourself with the knowledge you have, improve the lives of those around you. What good is the knowledge you have if you don’t use it. Don’t just sit on those golden nuggets, use them!” -Joseph Andrus
Fitness helped me stay competitive for many years in all of my athletic endeavors and it helped keep me combat ready throughout my military career. My goal, nay, my dream is to use this lifetime of knowledge and qualifications to help any and everyone I can to reach their health and fitness goals.
I’m here to help in all the ways I can. Health and fitness are there to only improve our day to day life. I hope to show you what I’ve learned throughout my life and how it’s helped me on my life journey. My training philosophy is that I believe that fitness should enhance your life, not consume it. My job is to give you the tools, knowledge, accountability, and confidence to implement changes that fit within your lifestyle and allow you to reach your health and fitness goals.
I have over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry as a full-time personal trainer helping men and women of all different fitness levels lose weight, build lean muscle, and improve their health..

They can expect to get useful knowledge and a great training session. A typical session will be a warmup, followed by some SMR work (Foam Rolling), dynamic stretching, then the meat of the workout, which can be High Intensity, Set-rep training with a longer rest period (depending on the phase of training), Cardio work (intervals, usually, but not always), then I work on correctives with them to help activate muscles that have been lengthened so we can bring them back to normal (so to speak), then static stretching (emphasising the tight muscles and not the lengthened ones). The session can be between 45-75 mins.
