Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
Newly relocated here in this amazing city from Washington, DC. Could not be happier to bring my brand of fitness to Austin! I am experienced personal trainer and group fitness coach. I grew up just North of the great state of Texas in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I grew up an athlete, playing baseball, basketball, golf, and rugby. During high school I developed a passion for weightlifting, here I began power lifting and even broke a few records (deadlift and dips). While in college I began waiting tables and got into management, this lead me to my Bachelors in Hotel and Restaurant administration. After College I managed restaurants for 8 years, spending 10 years in the restaurant business before I decide to truly pursue my passion for fitness.
After living a lifestyle that accompanies the restaurant business, I made the best decision of my life to put my health and fitness first. I began working with clients professionally in November 2014 after I was certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I have accumulated many certifications since then – Kettlebell, TRX, Senior Fitness, Youth Fitness, Golf Fitness, Interval Fitness and Crossfit. This does not limit my scope of practice as I have learned more from reading books by Fitness Professionals much smarter and experienced than I am. Currently I am devoting my time to learning the sport of Crossfit and I hope to compete on a high level very soon.

A typical training session will start with an assessment and establishing a baseline level of fitness in relation to the goals discussed. My sessions will always be balanced and have a purpose for every movement and every day spent training.
I have multiple client success stories, I will share one I just received today. (5/14/19) my client is a 55 year old female with Osteoporosis who just got her test results from her latest Bone Density Scan. These results are after one year of strength training only one day, with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and TRX. This goes to show what proper programming, even with only one day a week can do!
“Good news on the scan results. I have three problem areas—two have osteopenia (hip and neck), one with osteoporosis (lower back). The two area of osteopenia show improvement—actually stronger, more bone than they previously had! The osteoporosis area is stable—no further decline, which is really good too. Thank you so much!! I am so encouraged.”
