Hey! My name is Phil, I’m from west Texas and have been in and around fitness my entire life. Finding my way through sports, I discovered my passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals and reach fitness levels they didn’t think possible. I started my fitness journey through high school sports and leading into college where I fell in love with weight training, bodyweight and core training, as well as plyometrics, balance/agility training, and circuit training. Working with my trainers to understand the mechanisms of the body and the optimal use of the human musculature and how to manipulate it for personal goals, I delved into the endless world of fitness. I have trained many different people from many aspects of life from teenagers with dreams of being collegiate athletes, to lifelong sedentary adults just starting their journey to health and a better happier body. I specialize in, Weight Loss, Muscle Toning, strength and power weight training, HIIT and circuit training ad cant wait to get you into the body you want and deserve!!

You can expect the satisfaction of a full body burn, utilizing bodyweight, free weight, machines and several other constantly differing modalities. You’ll be challenged with fun and functional movements designed to enhance daily life, by strengthening major joint complexes, pain relief and postural correction through mobility exercises, as well as weight loss, muscle gain, muscle toning and the endurance needed to carry you through a fun and active Austin, Texas life!
