My clients’ progress is my top priority. As a trainer, my science-backed training methods improve client joint strength, range of motion, and muscular strength. Anyone can become more agile, mobile, quick, strong, and athletic with the right training. As a nutrition coach, I streamline my client nutrition habits to reveal simple and effortless choices that fuel your body and satisfy your desire to eat well! I help regular, busy people train to take on more dynamic lifestyles via virtual and in-person training.
Hourly rate: $80
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
We start all sessions with tissue and movement prep, from foam rolling to dynamic, unloaded movements. Then we move into goal – specific working sets. My clients perform a range of movements from traditional squats and deadlifts, to intensive body weight sets, to agility and plyometrics. We cap off our session with stretching and / or breath work to reward our minds with the blend of biochemicals that relieve stress and promote recovery post workout.
