A typical training session with BAF Training is a personalized and dynamic experience designed to help you achieve your unique fitness goals. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Warm-up: We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for movement, increase blood flow, and activate key muscle groups. This may include exercises like:
Light cardio, such as jogging or jumping jacks
Dynamic stretches, such as arm circles and leg swings
Mobility drills to improve range of motion
2. Workout: The core of your session will focus on a customized workout plan tailored to your needs and goals. This may include:
Strength training exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands, or weights
Functional movements that mimic everyday activities
Corrective exercises to address muscle imbalances and improve posture
Flexibility and mobility work to enhance range of motion and prevent injuries
Proprioceptive exercises to improve balance and coordination
3. Cool-down: We’ll finish with a cool-down to help your body recover and reduce muscle soreness. This may include:
Static stretches held for 15-30 seconds
Relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing or mindfulness exercises
Throughout your session, you can expect:
