I am a personal trainer with a degree in exercise science from James Madison. I have over 7+ years of training experience with strength and conditioning, weight gain/loss, and a personal experience of 80lb muscle gain over the course of my journey.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A normal session will consist of a warm up, followed by HIIT circuit training or weight lifting dependent on the goal in mind. If weight loss is the goal most exercises will consist of short interval exercises designed to raise your heart rate and burn off the extra calories while making the exercise more enjoyable and tolerable than walking on a treadmill for hours.
50lb of weight loss, mobility gain, college scholarships for lacrosse, field hockey, and soccer.
