Hi everyone! My name is Avery. I live in Boulder, CO and work as a 1:1 online personal trainer! In middle school & high school I played volleyball & ran cross country. I also started taking yoga at the age of 7! I was always a stick skinny, figureless girl. I lacked coordination, good posture, self confidence, etc, but I loved being physically active. In college, I became infatuated with weight lifting. I started to see huge changes to my body & my mental health. I was strong, confident, & I loved the results both inside and out. I started to put myself first, I was able to manage stress better, I felt better, and I looked better. These changes to my life led me to get certified as a personal trainer, start training my friends and family members & ultimately led to my passion for health and fitness. I love coaching my online clients, talking to them about their programs each week, teaching them better form & new exercises & transforming their bodies and minds! Seeing their results, and hearing how they feel motivates me to be a better athlete and a better coach. Health & fitness is not just a chore we do a few hours a week. It’s everything from lifestyle habits, to eating habits, to pushing yourself to be better & stronger. My goal as your coach is to provide you with the tools you need to make this way of life fun, enjoyable & easy! Learning to love yourself inside & out is my #1 priority.
Hourly rate: $80

My client programs are specific to their individual health and fitness goals. Depending on your ability & availability, we work together to craft a program full of activity you enjoy. We focus on progressive overload & compound movements – the KEY to results. Workouts will be challenging, enjoyable & something you will be able to sustain week to week.
I have a particular client who has lost over 70 pounds since working with me. She has lost all the weight she has wanted to lose and now is more focused on gaining strength and muscle. She came to me with a very restrictive diet & we are working to change her mindset and habits around food to a more healthy & enjoyable way of eating. She has gained an insane amount of confidence, asks great questions each week, works so hard to perfect her form & increase the weight she uses in the gym.
