Kama Linden has been teaching group fitness for over 2 decades. Her students flock to her as she has deep knowledge of how joints and muscles should function, and you can get a good workout and see results without doing things that will injure you. In strength training, she starts with large muscle groups, supersets, slow paced, and backs off to the smaller muscle groups. She teaches balance, core, and essential exercises to prevent injury, as well as modifies exercises to fit different fitness levels.
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Learning about range of motion, body alignment, and how to function better.
Although “weight loss” and “flat abs” may be a concern, working out is way bigger than that.
Worry less about “the look”. Go for the feel and the function.
I have had 2 clients who were obese lose over 50 lbs.
But more often I work with people with injuries or alignment issues, and I work in a corrective, theraputic fashion vs a boot camp style.
