I make Fitness Fun for Everyone! I realize most people don’t get excited to exercise, but I see it as part of my job to motivate, push, and support my clients from day 1. I want every person I train to leave the session feeling accomplished. I find that the clients who are most successful with my training are those who are consistent, have a strong “why”, and who are ready to take direction. I’ll push you harder than you’d push yourself!
Hourly rate: $95
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

I first remind the client to leave the day at the door – walk in to and be present in your workout. We begin with a dynamic warm up followed by a cardio burst to elevate the heart rate and blood flow. Most sessions include a strength and cardio component mixed together. I believe in “active rest” between sets so that your endurance and stamina are always progressing. I ask the client if / what they are training for and design our program to meet their needs. I constantly ask “where do you feel the exercise” to ensure that the targeted muscle groups are firing up, make adjustments if they are not. If the client can do more – we do more. If the client is feeling weak or tired, we scale it back so that they feel successful at the end of the session.
NP began with me in 2014. At the age of 34, she had balance issues, was physically weak and her endurance was virtually nothing. We started out with 3lb dumbbells for bicep curls. As we trained through her insane travel schedule, I provided workouts she could do at her hotel gym. Every week I gave her a new workout and every week she became stronger. She’s lost a total of 40+lbs and kept it off! We now train 6 days / week and she’s curling 15lb dumbbells, walks confidently in her high heels, has more energy and strength than she’s ever had in her life. NP realizes that exercise is a part of her daily life and without it she isn’t as productive nor as happy. Our partnership has completely transformed her life!
