I started teaching group fitness in January of 2010 and gained my personal trainer certification in August 2020. During my years in the fitness industry I have taught and trained all ages and fitness levels. I have worked with clients whose goals are strength training, weight loss, rehabilitation from injury/surgery, increase range of motion, and improve core stability. I use combinations of weighted training, resistance training, and body weight training to help each individual achieve their goals. I will meet you where you are in your fitness journey and together we will move forward to where you want to be!
Hourly rate: $70
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical training session with me includes core training (abdominals, back, shoulders, and flutes), weighted strength training, and body weight strength training.
