As a rugby player for LSU I’ve learned how to train for strength, speed, endurance, Injury prevention/ recovery and size. I am currently training to go to the officer school for the Marine Corps, with a large focus on strength and endurance. No matter what your goals are I have the knowledge the knowledge and experience to assist you in reaching them.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
All training sessions begin with stretching and warming up while you inform me of any information that I need to improve your future sessions and then we will go into a challenging high volume workout. When building strength and size we will start off with three or four circuits all targeting a specific muscle group.
