My name is Nick Alfaro and I am passionate about helping athletes, individuals, and anyone wanting to accomplish their goals and learn how to maintain a workout schedule that makes you healthy. I was a Division 1 collegiate track & field athlete, I have been training or involved with sports all my life. I have a bachelor’s in Psychology and currently pursuing a Master’s in Exercise Science. I have trained a few athletes preparing them for their upcoming collegiate season. My current aspiration is to develop workout programs that will not only meet your short-term goals but achieve your long-term goals.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A client can expect an evidence-based program designed for their specific goals and needs at the moment. The exercise selection and acute variables will be introduced based on the individual’s conditioning status. I explain the purpose of each exercise and variable so you, as a client, can understand why this is helping you.
Two of my recent athletes have been feeling stronger and healthier during their runs. One of my clients has gained 3-7lbs of lean muscle mass while shedding 5-10lbs of fat. Another one of my clients is consistently losing weight as we continue to train and track the food he consumes.
