I have a 10 year ballet background, as well as 15 year running and dancing background and teaching aerobics and tae bo, 27 year weight training, 3 year national figure competition, 8 year racing semi pro cat 1 road bike, 10 year cycling, and 25 year personal training background. Because I have been personal training for 25 years, and training myself in a wide variety of activities/sports, I have a wide variety of expertise, and therefore work successfully with a wide variety of clientele of all ages.
I have two BA degrees: kinesiology and biology, and have just about every certification a personal trainer can have. I specialize in general fitness/nutrition, sports specific training/conditioning/nutrtition/performance, lifestyle and weight management, health/wellness coach, cycling coach (recreational), body transformation (fat loss, increase muscle, leaning out/toning), bodybuilding/fitness competition training, speed and agility, balance and mobility, functional training, core training, circuit and HIT training, corrective exercise training.
My current aspirations are to continue riding epic roads (paved and unpaved) to see epic scenery, and taking pictures of the amazing beauty I’m seeing on my bike! I also would like to someday win a national championship and possibly world championship and/or olympics. Really just being the best version of myself and helping other to achieve their best versions of themselves!
