I have been an athlete and avid fitness enthusiast since childhood. As a youth, I was a competitive swimmer as well as a runner and cyclist. While raising my four children I became interested in strength training and participated in fitness competitions . My own passion for athletics and fitness led me to pursue a career as a personal trainer where I am able to share my knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to encourage and motivate clients. I enjoy working together on a client’s fitness journey and celebrating the progress and transformations that are achieved.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
I work with each client individually to develop a training plan that best suits their fitness level, preferences, and goals. Training plans will evolve from week to week so that there is variety and challenge in each session. Progressively increasing strength and metabolic conditioning is the overall goal and we will work toward that in each session.
One of my clients was diagnosed with early onset Parkinson’s disease. Her goal was to maintain her level of fitness and agility for as long as possible in order to keep the quality of her daily living. We have worked together for 3+ years and she has gained strength, maintained balance and coordination, as well as losing over 20 lbs. Her doctors have told her that what she is doing to maintain her own health is making an impact on the progression of her Parkinson’s disease.
