Hi!
I’ve been active my entire life. I love running and other sports/fitness activities but having Scoliosis necessitated the need for me to incorporate yoga into my life for its therapeutic value.
I’ve been immersed in yoga since 2001, with certifications in Professional Level Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for the Back & Scoliosis, Yoga for Pregnancy and Ayurvedic Yoga.
In 2019, I became a NASM certified Personal Trainer and recently took a deep dive into becoming certified in Corrective Exercise for the Pelvic Floor which is extremely valuable for all populations and stages of life, such as athletes, pregnancy, menopause, men’s health, etc.
To enhance fitness/athletic performance and heal & prevent injuries and imbalances, my Personal Training techniques incorporate corrective exercises into the movements that we perform most (standing, walking, running, throwing); rather than performing exercises in isolation.
To that end, I am now providing Functional Patterns Personal Training.
I strive to help people become fit, ameliorate pain/imbalances, and enjoy living in radiant wellbeing.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A client can expect to be guided in a way that integrates their training into every day life for enhanced athletic performance, physical/physiological/mental/emotional wellbeing, the ability to correct imbalances and relieve pain.
They will be able to restore and maintain homeostasis, be resilient and have a positive mindset that enables them to face life’s challenges.
