Hello! I’m Matt Knight, a passionate personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. I began my journey in fitness while studying at the University of South Carolina, where I earned my degree in Public Health. Since 2020, I’ve had the privilege of training over 25 clients, ranging from 20 to 80 years old.

My approach to personal training is centered on creating a supportive and motivating environment tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe that fitness should be accessible and enjoyable, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Typical Training Session

In a typical training session, you can expect a well-structured and personalized experience that begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body. We’ll move into a goal-oriented workout tailored to your fitness level, featuring strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises. Throughout the session, I provide hands-on coaching to ensure proper form and adapt the intensity as needed. We’ll wrap up with a cool down and stretching, followed by feedback to celebrate your progress and adjust our plan as necessary. Each session is designed to be engaging and effective, leaving you feeling accomplished and motivated.


Client success story

I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredible 83-year-old client for over three months. When we first started, he had only 10 percent lung capacity and required supplemental oxygen. Our initial sessions were challenging, as we could only manage about 60 seconds on the bike, broken down into three 20-second intervals. Fast forward to today, and he can now ride the bike for over 10 minutes each day! His progress is a testament to his hard work and determination, and it’s been inspiring to witness his remarkable improvement in endurance and overall health.
