I’m a certified personal trainer with over 24 years of experience in the fitness industry, working with everyone from beginners to competitive athletes. My journey started back when I was a high school baseball player in NYC, and that passion for sports and movement turned into a lifelong career. Over the years, I’ve coached teams, worked in commercial gyms, and built my own personal training business — all while constantly learning and evolving my approach to fitness.
These days, my focus is on helping people move better, get stronger, and feel more confident — whether they’re recovering from an injury (something I personally understand after my own knee rehab) or just looking to level up their fitness. I believe training should be challenging, but also fun and sustainable.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me working on my own training, hanging with my family, or brainstorming new ways to help my clients crush their goals. If you’re ready to get started, I’d love to work with you!
Hourly rate: $100

An initial assessment would be conducted in order to better comprehend the clients imbalances along with any deficiencies with their movement patterns. After finding out about the clients medical history, performing the assessment, and establishing their goals and timeline I begin to program design for the clients goals while also keeping in mind my findings of their assessment and progressively addressing their needs while also making sure to help get them closer to their fitness related goals. Sessions usually start with raising the clients body temperature through a dynamic warm-up then performing some variation of ground activation movements along with mobility and then a variety of potentiation movements to wake the body up and prep it for the workout.
Over my 25 years of experience, I have had the privilege to help hundreds of people in their fitness journey with the goals being mainly to lose scale weight and drop body fat. I had a client that had just recently gave birth and was looking to drop her body fat while also conforming her body to a comfortable place. After 6 months of consistently training three times per week we surpassed our goal of getting her back to her pre-pregnancy weight and lost a total of 75lbs getting her back to her High School weight which she was extremely delighted about.
