I believe that if you commit 100% to the training AND nutrition program, you will see results. You can’t out train a poor diet, no matter how much you exercise. It is a combination of the two. That said, I understand that not everyone has the time to spend 2 hours/day in the gym and cook every single meal from scratch while juggling your job, kids, and free time for sanity. And you shouldn’t have to! I understand that different people encounter different challenges when implementing and maintaining a fitness-minded lifestyle. I value making the program fit into your life and not the other way around. I don’t expect perfection, but i do expect full commitment both physically and mentally to the program. It’s all about balance. Consistency is key and excuses won’t get you anywhere if you want to see changes. If you follow the program, steady, sustainable progress is possible and to be expected!
Hourly rate: $105
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
