What I realized is that I have better insights about training people in their forties than most personal trainers because I’ve been there. My focus is helping men & women who are looking for a smarter way to train to stay pain-free & active their whole life. Hourly rate: $125
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
After talking about your health and movement history, I start with a full body movement analysis. I look at your alignment from shoulders, hips, head position and knees, hips, and feet to develop the right training program your body needs.
I’ve had many client success stories. One I am most proud of is moving in with a client for 3 months to help them lose 100 pounds, rewrite their story, learn to cook healthy and continue to lose another 50 pounds on their own.
