He has coached online since 2016 with Legacy Method, which offers one-on-one coaching to busy people and high performers who are looking to take their physical and mental health to the next level. In person, he has been coaching since 2014. Brad’s past experience as an athlete fuels his desire to help others reach their goals by applying what he knows about how high performance so that they can achieve results faster than ever before.
He needed to create a program and a company that prioritizes the LONG-TERM over quick fixes while maximizing effort and time. Thus, Legacy Method was born
Hourly rate: $140
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical personal training session starts with a warm-up to start the body, then moves into an exercise or two that will increase the body’s range of motion. This might be something like stretching or crawling. Next, I will provide some strengthening exercises designed to improve the client’s strength and stability. Finally, there may be some cardio or accessory exercises depending on what is appropriate for the client’s goals and limitations.
