Life becomes what we choose to put into action. I have been an athlete my entire life, playing soccer at the division 1 collegiate level then moving onto semi-professional and professional led me on a rollercoaster of experiences, physically, mentally, and emotionally. This has brought me many lessons of the necessity of mental and physical maintenance throughout everyday life and now I seek to share my experience and knowledge with you.
Hourly rate: $85
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

Remove all distractions and stress oriented things. Become immersed into the moment through breathework and set the intention for the session. Possibly some pre myofacial release if necessary. A dynamic warmup precedes the focus of the day, which is dependent on the individual and the day. Functional training including isometric, isotonic, and isokinetic if needed. Super sets and circuit training are usually implemented to keep the heart rate up, this way we are consistently building cardiovascular endurance. To finish, we move to static stretching, focusing on breathe awareness and extended movement to lengthen the muscles.
