I differ from other trainers in that I specialize in Olympic lifting and full body functional movement exercises generally performed at a high intensity. I believe that this training technique increases overall muscular strength and endurance, cardio-vascular endurance, flexibility, and neuromuscular stability. My training technique combines both anaerobic type weight-bearing exercises with an aerobic type of intensity to stress both musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems. One of the many benefits of this training style is that it offers an enormous variety of results.
