I have over 10 years of experience in fitness. I specialize in muscle gain and fat loss. My approach is no-nonsense and I like to help my clients turn fitness into a a part of their life, rather than just help them meet their immediate goal.
Hourly rate: $80

You can expect me to come in with an opening, yet calm attitude. We will spend about 10 mins doing some targeted mobility/movement specific patterns, and then doing about 50 min of strength training, depending on your specific goals. We will remain focused throughout the workout and will discuss how you can optimize your lifestyle for success.
