I am a powerlifter and former distance runner who also enjoys yoga. I have been around the weight room for a decade so I have seen a lot and know how to make a difference with most people.
Training experience of several years with many client success stories and few, if any, people unsatisfied. Currently I am just enjoying being a trainer and helping people gradually become happier and healthier!
Hourly rate: $85
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Each client is different in terms of goals and abilities, but a general workout would be structured with a resistance exercises first, followed by cardio, and then stretching. A warm-up and cool-down is recommended of course.

My favorite is a college aged person who lost 40 pounds in 4/5 months, and has kept it off so we know it was sustainable. I was shocked to see him in and out the gym, the fat was melting off rapidly! I cant take all the credit, he worked very hard on his nutrition. Still keep in touch occasionally.
