Typical Training Session

A typical session will include but not be limited to the following:

– Dynamic warm-up & foam roll
– Pre-workout mobility depending on soreness
– 2-3 Super/Tri sets working full body with focus on whatever the clients goal is
– Cashout or conditioning at the end
– Foam roll cool down


Client success story

When I first started workout with Jim it was in 2013 and I weight in at 275 and it was mostly on and off. Until 2 years later I started to my health and workout a lot more serious. I began to be more consistent with workout with Jim. The first workout is always difficult but I did enjoy it and keep me
coming back for more.

The first month saw great improve in stamina and a slight weight. When I started see some weight lose I decided to change my diet and began to eat more healthier. While I was workout I never touch weight such as dumb bell, kettle bell, or touch the bar. Jim was teaching the basic movement. At first I didn’t know or understand why but when I actually began to lose weight I understand why. The 1st reason was understand our basic movement and to perform it the right way. 2nd for we will not injure ourselves when we are perform movement with weights. Last it made a lot and I mean a lot easier when it came time for weight. As a result I lost more than 90 pounds, yes workout got hard but Jim motivated me to keep pushing my limits.

Over a year I decided to make a career change and began apply for police officer position around the state. I enter another fitness challenge in getting myself ready for police P.O.W.E.R. Test. Jim and I began to work in the gym. It was something different I was not use to it but I didn’t let that stop me. At the end it all paid off and I was able to pass my P.O.W.E.R fitness test. I will continue to be a member with Jim and learn more about why I am doing certain excuse because Jim is just not a trainer but a teacher in his profession and will continue to teach his client/athlete. That a reason I enjoy workout with Jim.
