An Ideal Trainer for Functional Fitness

Working with Justin has been a great experience.  I was looking for a trainer who would help with weight loss, body structure, flexibility, functional movements and strength, and overall fitness.  I’m not a fan of weight-centric training (I find it repetitive and boring) and have had issues where trainers have built in too much or too heavy of weights, too early.  As such, I wanted a trainer who builds workout plans using body weight as the main resistance (i.e., body squats, push ups, pull ups, etc. . . ).

Justin listened to my preferences and goals and developed a great program focused on intense functional training (while also adding in some weights to supplement).  The workouts have been great and I’m noticing serious improvement in my flexibility, functional strength, and body structure.  The workouts are intense and I end up with my shirt sweaty and that right amount of soreness.  I trust that Justin won’t put me in a position that may lead to injuries and is genuinely looking out for my safety (while also pushing me beyond what I normally would do).  Plus, he is a nice guy with a positive attitude.

I’d highly recommend Justin to anyone looking to improve their fitness.  He has been great to work with and I look forward to working out with Justin in the future.
