I have been an athlete my whole life, played every sport! Volleyball was my main sport. I started in 4th grade and played through college. I still play when I can for fun. When I was a sophomore in high school I got my first gym membership and decided to take fitness into my own hands. I googled literally everything until I finally figured it out. I enjoy strength training and HIIT programming for myself. Fitness should be fun, not a chore, so it is important to actually like what you are doing!
Hourly rate: $70
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A one-hour session with me will be focused (and fun!). I always put in 100% effort and expect my clients to do the same. You will leave SUPER sweaty and feeling like you had a kick-ass workout.
I had a client who had a torn meniscus in her left knee. She was afraid to move/exercise because she was worried she would damage her knee even more. Once we started on a program together, we focused on strengthening her quads and rehabbing her knee. After a few weeks together, CONSISTENTLY, she no longer had the pain she used to have when she would walk up/down the stairs. Don’t be afraid to push outside your comfort zone, you are capable of more than you think!!
