A lifetime in the martial arts has taught me that self improvement is a never ending process. When it comes to fitness and weight loss goals, too often people look for a quick fix, or try to find the easiest and quickest path to their desired destination. I’m here to inform you that unfortunately, the path to health and wellness is never easy. However, with proper motivation and knowledge, it it possible for anyone to reach their desired fitness goals. As your personal trainer, my job is to not carry you up the mountain, but rather guide you along the correct path to reach your destination. It is my hope that each of my clients will find that their time training with me doesn’t just stay with them for a week, a month, or even a year. Rather, our time together will lead to a lifetime of health and wellness, and of constant self improvement.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
All sessions begin with a movement screen and assessment, and a discussion of your personal health and fitness goals. From there, we will formulate a plan including corrective movements, and a personalized strength plan to help you reach your goals.
