Malachy developed his passion for training while he was in college. As an undergraduate at University of Illinois Chicago, Malachy discovered an affinity for Kinesiology through his studies and while playing college soccer. After many years of playing high school and college sports, Malachy took his drive for success off the field and into the weight room. Starting to train with a friend, Malachy noticed his natural talent for coaching and began his transformation into a professional Personal Trainer.
Fostering a passionate drive to help others, Malachy volunteered at assorted physical therapy clinics thoughout college, which included Maximum Rehabiltation Services and Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers. After graduating with his B.S., Malachy worked at Athletico Physical Therpay Clinic as a Rehabilitation Aide also at LA Fitness as a Personal Trainer. Currently, Malachy is excited and looking forward to improving clients’ fitness and overall wellbeing as a freelance trainer.

Achieving your goals is the highest priority for me. With this in mind, I will be changing and adapting the program as your body adapts to it. My mission is to provide a product that will give you a newer, fitter version of yourself! We will be mapping out the time you need to achieve these goals. My programs will utilize all modalities of training from body weight to resistance training techniques with different methods like circuit training, interval training, and more! I add cardio programming, core stability, flexibility and mobility sessions and recovery strategies to refresh the body and mind after each training session.
