My fitness practice started as a coping mechanism for trauma, depression and chronic anxiety. Though I still use fitness as an anti-depressant/anti-anxiety modality, it has evolved to being a vital part of my proactive health care practice. Movement, and the ease to which you’re able to move, is vital to your physical mental and cognitive health.
I’m heavy on body weight training, weight lifting and yoga.
I’m passionate about the human body and it’s magnificence when its able to move optimally.
I’ve studied Clinical Thai Bodywork, Yoga, and Animal Flow, to gain more knowledge about how the body moves and what techniques improve movement.
I’ll always be a student of movement, because I aim to always have stamina, vitality, flexibility, strength and good health.
Hourly rate: $85
