After serving in the US Navy I began my fitness career as a personal trainer and have not looked back since. As someone who enjoys living an active lifestyle I believe physical fitness is one of the most important aspects of any persons life. Life is all about balance and that is something I push on my clients as well as myself.
Hourly rate: $120
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Typical training sessions usually begin with a quick warm up (ideally you will be doing these on your own once acclimated). After the warm up we will start with some sort of compound movement, followed by assistance work based off the initial movement. Programs can vary greatly client to client, but they are all 60 minutes of hard work tailored directly towards achieving your specific goal.
Over the years I have had countless clients walk away after crushing their fitness goals. Many of my current clients have been with me for years and have repeatedly crushed multiple goals. Ranging from 20-80 years old, weight loss or triathlon focused, or strength and muscle gain, I have worked with people of all shapes, sizes, and ages.
