I believe in using a total body, integrated approach to fitness. Each session incorporates flexibility, cardiorespiratory, core, balance, reactive, and resistance training. Therefore, as a client, you reach your fitness goals in the fastest, safest way possible. In addition, I offer online personal training. I create custom workouts based on your fitness goals and deliver them directly to your smartphone or computer. With weekly or bi-weekly check ins, the same accountability still holds as an in-person trainer. Online Training is a much more cost-efficient and flexible way for clients to safely reach their fitness goals.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
