Working with a personal trainer will maximize your results by receiving custom fitness programs along with the motivation you need to reach your goals. Tyler Freitag is an ACE certified personal trainer, and is a certified Fitness Trainer through Moraine Valley Community College. He has over 6 years experience through exercise experimentation, over 2 years of professional instruction, and is currently partnered with Palos Heights Recreation Center. Tyler is known for his ability to positively impact lives and help achieve client’s goals along with a healthier lifestyle. “My success is your success. what a horrible trainer! He didn’t even ask my name or greeted me courteously. There was no program designed except he called me fat and a gamma male. On certain machines he would grab my butt and say he would do things to it if I stayed fat. He said my beard should cover my whole face. He even asked me what kinds of exercises people do in my country!!! Avoid!
Tyler is simply the best there is! I’ve been working with Tyler 2-3 times a week for 10 months; the results have been outstanding! Initially, as a retiree, I questioned how effectively Tyler and I would work together. The answer came quickly: Tyler is a superior trainer who gets his clients and gets results! He designed my individualized, full body, muscle building, strength training program using a variety of equipment and weights. During training sessions, Tyler always reinforces proper form. The result has been seriously increased muscle (which is visible!), as well as greatly improved tone, strength, and stamina. Also, I have greatly benefitted from Tyler’s positive, success oriented approach, and he is always ready to demonstrate the theory behind and benefit of each exercise. Again, Tyler is the best!
