About Zach Howard


Zach is a personal performance trainer in the Chicagoland area. Using his innovative techniques, education and expertise to guide individuals toward their goals, Zach shows an unyielding passion for not only his clients, but the industry as a whole.

As a member of 4 NCAA National Championship football teams and and one additionally in NJCAA Track and Field, Zach experienced and developed extensive knowledge that proved successful at an elite level of competition in both football and track & field.

50 Zach graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Health & Human Performance, with an emphasis in Athletic Coaching, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He currently holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

He has over 4 years of learning under a variety of elite trainers & strength coaches, including the revolutionary “Be Activation” method, through Dr. Tom Nelson & Douglas Heel. Zach specializes in athlete development, corrective exercise techniques, rehab protocols, and Be-Activation therapy.
