As someone who has dealt with being overweight in the past, I feel like I have the dedication and empathy it takes to help others achieve the same thing.

Tammy came to me in the summer of 2021. She was looking for a big change in her life. She craved a healthy lifestyle with tons of energy. I started with her diet. Making sure that she was still eating enough, eating right, but was also satisfied. With diet alone, Tammy began to see the weight fall and her clothes began to fit better. In the time that she was working on diet, I also had her practice stability training at home.
Once I felt that she was ready to hit the gym, I programmed Tammy into a stability endurance routine. She was still eating the correct foods and going off the program I designed for her when she realized it was getting more and more easier. The weight was falling off even faster and she still felt great!
6 months later and Tammy is enjoying her life at an incredible 168 pounds. She still feels that she has a ways to go but she is more determined than ever to keep pushing.
